Guestrooms. The hotel rooms and villas of Amelia Island Plantation provide guests with the finest furnishings. Rooms in the main hotel have mini bars while villas offer fully equipped kitchens, dining areas, spacious living rooms, and washers and dryers. All units have cable television and private balconies or patios. Guests staying in the villas can choose between a view of the ocean or a view of the resort.

The "Villas of Amelia" provide guests with special features, room configurations and amenities. Ocean and resort view hotel rooms, one, two and three bedroom villas are available and are attentively maintained. Many have ocean views, or line the fairways of the golf courses, others adjoin the tennis courts at Racquet Park or overlook the relaxing marsh. To best begin your experience, allow yourself time to check in, receive your locker and prepare for your visit. Arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your appointment for body services.
You will be welcomed by a spa attendant and shown to the women's or men's dressing room where you will change into a luxurious robe and slippers. Then our comfort concierge will show you to a relaxation area overlooking our meditation garden and offer a refreshment. Your therapist will escort you to a private treatment room and leave the room while you disrobe. For a full body massage, most people undress completely although you may wear undergarments if it helps you feel more comfortable. During the massage you will be covered at all times; only the area of the body being treated is exposed. The benefits of hydrotherapies are best received without clothing. If you wish, however, a bathing suit may be worn. Before any body service such as a massage, wrap or salt glow, please shower.

For your good health, we ask that you drink plenty of water two hours before and after treatments. 
Our spa programmers can recommend combinations of services that complement each other and achieve your desired outcome. We do request that you disclose to the therapists any medical condition and/or prescription medication that you are taking.

Location: Located on the southern end of Amelia Island, Fla., the Amelia Island Plantation is directly across from the St. Mary's River and adjacent to the historic city of Fernandina, Fla.
