Azul Hotel & Beach Resort is the first all-inclusive
boutique resort. Nothing pretentious, just an intimate
hotel, a great beach, some cool services, stylish décor,
creative drinks and innovative cuisine. Why Azul? Well, Azul
means blue. Blue as in sky. Blue as in ocean. Blue as in
Agave. Blue as in True. And True Blue to us is a covenant
for service, style and originality. You may say that we were
bored with average and eager for a little style so we let
our imagination run free and created a place for anyone
looking for something more than just a typical vacation.
So, what makes Azul so special? First, this is no mega-sized
resort. With just 97 rooms, it offers an intimate atmosphere
and affords proximity so that each room is under a minute from
the beach, the pool, the restaurants, the bars, and basically

97 rooms here. Designed in a stylish contemporary décor, the
rooms are available in superior, deluxe oceanfront or ocean view
categories. As mentioned, the rooms are just a few steps from
the secluded beach of Bahia Petempich, the pools, the
restaurants, and the bars, so convenience is .
All rooms come equipped with air conditioning, king size or
double beds, satellite TV, bath and shower, hair dryer, safety
deposit box, daily stocked mini bar, coffee/tea maker, DVD
player, direct dialing telephone, modem port. And depending on
whether your room is on the first or second floor, they either
have a balcony or veranda, both with lovely views of the gardens
or the Mexican Caribbean sea.
All rooms at
this beachfront property are just a few steps away from the
secluded beach.

in this 630 square foot suite designed in a stylish
contemporary decor. It is equipped with air
conditioning, king size bed, 42" plasma screen satellite TV,
sofa, daily stocked mini bar with water, beer and soft
drinks, coffee/tea maker, DVD player, direct dial
telephone, breakfast area, private sitting area with a
Jacuzzi and a balcony facing the Caribbean Sea. 190 square
foot mosaic tile bathroom with air conditioning private
toilet, double sink, special rain shower, and wood closets.
To further enhance the romantic mood, guests can pre-arrange
for flowers, chocolate
covered strawberries and champagne to be delivered. The
suite is recommended for destination wedding couples,

pools, one for fun and two more relaxed. Check out the Beach
Cabanas, our four-poster beach beds, outfitted with king-size
mattresses, retractable drapes and oversized pillows, perfect
for private sun bathing and intimate star gazing. Activities,
water sports, vegging out, playing in the sand, you choose:
active or lazy...or a little bit of both.

Food.
Have you ever eaten at a restaurant with five different menus?
Have you ever tried ordering from an all-lobster menu? Have you
ever had a Tequila Martini? Have you ever had a drink at a bar
with swinging beds? Yes, it's all part of the all-inclusive. And
no, reservations are not required. On a diet? We even have a low
fat, low carb menu.
Restaurants.
No jackets or reservations required! No buffet lines permitted!
Buffet lines are just not cool, so we eliminated them (except
for the kids...those are cool!). Jackets are too restrictive and
reservations are overrated, so none of our restaurants require
them. Combining a selection of eclectic menus and creative
drinks and serving them a' la Carte in a hip setting, on the
other hand, was a requirement. So that's what you'll find at the
restaurants and bars. The fine international cuisine and all
premium-drink bars will appeal to the sophisticated side of your
palate. The taste buds of the young world traveler will be
delighted with various kids' dishes.
BLUE RESTAURANT at AZUL - Serving breakfast, lunch
and dinner in a friendly atmosphere. Here you'll experience
"food for all and all for food". A la Carte International
breakfast, Mexican, fresh seasonal fruits, steak and eggs
among many other preparations. Family-style lunches abundant
with salads, gourmet sandwiches, daily changing specialties.
Unlimited dining with several complete menus including
Lobster, Salad, South Beach Diet and Low fat/Low carb menus
are available. This daily changing International themed menu
includes fine pasta dishes, juicy steaks, ocean fresh
seafood prepared according to the finest in Mexican,
Italian, Fusion, Thai, Spanish and French cuisine. One of
the highlights of your dinner will be the fine selection of
International cheeses, delicious desserts, coffees and
digestives.
RESTAURANT TAINAN - A la Carte Dinner. Tainan is the
name of the ancient capital of Taiwan, renowned for its
splendid food, taste and exotic creativity. Because of the
culinary culture world wide, the food of Tainan not only
brings unlimited experiences but also offers opportunities
to satisfy the palate with spectacular Asian-inspired
cuisine served in generous portions. Among the dishes that
are known far and wide are sushi, sashimi, rice noodles, pot
stickers, dumplings and succulent main courses prepared
using the finest authentic ingredients.
LA MANCHA - "The spot on the corner", is a laid back
Caribbean Cafe, serving exotic fruit juices, jungle fruit
smoothies, ice teas, espresso, cappuccino, frappucino and
delightful Caribbean sandwiches, brownies, jumbo cookies and
ice-cream.
BLUE TERRACE - A wide selection of ocean fresh
seafood and tender cuts of meat among other mouthwatering
creations are served "hot off the grill" each evening on
this thatched roof terrace.
CHIL RESTAURANT - Open for lunch and dinner.
Caribbean style restaurant with a view of the Caribbean Sea
allows you to relax like the name of the restaurant itself,
and enjoy the taste of Mexico.
The 24-hour room service menu includes a range of dishes
featuring children's and grown-up's all time favorites.
Popcorn service is available for those who want to watch a
