With flowers spilling over walls and balconies, these pretty, single story buildings slope down to the beach through landscaped gardens filled with frangipani, bougainvillea and golden apple trees. At the heart of the property, three tiered lagoon pools unite at the Cave Bar, carved into the rock behind a cascading waterfall. In the evening, the hotel dances to the subtle rhythms of calypso, jazz and romance.
