The Ritz-Carlton, San Juan is located on eight acres of prime beachfront property in Isla Verde, convenient to both the city's business district and historic Old San Juan. The elegant accommodations and gracious service compliment three fabulous restaurants and the first "Ritz" casino. 

In contrast to the electric atmosphere of the casino, the hotel offers guests a quietly luxurious retreat with its spa, featuring massages, body wraps and scrubs, facials, manicures, pedicures and a beauty salon. Close by, guests enjoy privileges at six championship courses, reef areas for diving and snorkeling, fishing clubs, horse racing, water-skiing, sailing and horseback riding.

Arrival/Departure Time: 

• Check-in-time: 4:00 pm Check-out-time: 12:00 pm 

Early check-in/check-out policy: If passengers want early check-in they should book the room for the night before in order to have this guaranteed. If passengers want a late check-out, they may do so day of departure and only if available. They may stay until 1:00pm, check-outs any longer than that would be assessed either a full day or half day hotel room rate. 

Children Policy: 

• Children under 18 years of age are complimentary in their parent's room, when utilizing existing bedding (except for the Club guestrooms). 

• In Club guestrooms there is an additional charge for children 5-17 years of age. 

Standard/ City View Guestroom, Guestroom offering views of the city, Isla Verde's residential area and the airport. Rooms feature a loveseat that folds out into a bed, which will eliminate the need for a rollaway bed (400 square feet). Bedding: 1 king bed. 

Courtyard/ Pool View, Guestroom overlooking the hotel's pool and garden or courtyard (400 square feet). 

Oceanview, Guestroom with full views of the Atlantic Ocean and Isla Verde Beach (400 square feet). 

Oceanview With Balcony(*), King bedded guestroom with a view of the gardens and partial Atlantic Ocean, with private balcony (400 square feet). 

Ritz-carlton Club Guestroom City View(*), Overlooks theresidential area of Isla Verde and the nearby airport (has no oceanview). 

The Ritz-Carlton Club is located on the two top floors of the hotel and is accessible by elevator key only and includes a private lounge, personal concierge services and four complimentary food presentations daily.
