The Spa's own Chef, Melanie Hanke, creates seasonal gourmet dishes served within the Fleur-de-Lis dining area which overlooks the lake. Breakfast, lunch and dinner menus feature healthful spa cuisine.

In addition to a full range of spa facilities, our fourteen luxurious spa suites are decorated with a dedication to comfort and individuality. Each room is unique and dramatically creates a special mood, from Country French to Victorian Wicker, High-Tech to the exotic Zimbabwe Suite.
 

Each room and bath is decorated with a flair for the differences in personal tastes and moods:

Vintage Room - Featuring a treasured iron queen-size bed, a pedestal tub with separate shower, classic Philco radio and vanilla and white color scheme.

Oriental Room - Eastern paradise of soft beige and cranberry colors with two double beds, an antique framed kimono, bonsai trees, and an oriental-style deep soak tub with Jacuzzi and step-up shower.

Greek Room - White marble flooring and soft fabric featuring sand colors, a draped poster queen-sized bed, and double headed shower. Greek columns, and sunburst carpet make this a favorite.

Gatsby Room - Straight out of the F. Scott Fitzgerald novel, all white with flowers and art work adding a splash of color. A king-size bed, Jacuzzi tub, hide-a-way shower and a romantic view complete this honeymooner's delight.

Hi-Tech Room - Modern furnishings feature black lacquer, leather, marble and brushed chrome accents. A queen-size bed, and Jacuzzi tub with separate shower creates a contemporary atmosphere.

Zimbabwe Room - Earth tones blend gloriously with fabrics and tasteful furnishings from this African country so rich with wildlife and full of nature's wonders. Queen size bed, a Jacuzzi tub with a separate shower and extra window create a marvelous reflection from a land far away.

Celebration Room - Featuring oak plank floors, a four poster, queen-size bed draped with bright colors. Relax your day as you soak in the bright red, celebration pedestal bathtub, from which this suite got its name.

Art Deco -- The tortoise shelled lamps are reminiscent of the hats worn by the ladies of the 1920s, and the covering on the king-size bed matches the pink art deco color scheme.

Victorian Wicker -- White wicker and royal blue features accented by art and toys celebrate the Victorian age. A spacious environment and restroom facilities make this cheerful room easily accessible for the physically challenged.

Fox Hunt -- Mahogany richness and complete comfort abound with a queen-size bed, and a second loft level, both with full bath. Hunter green and wine richly flow throughout this suite.

Bacchus Suite -- In the land of the wine god, come relax on the king-size, iron canopy bed which is the focal point of this room. Decorated in colors of gold, burgundy, and pale green, Romanesque grapes decorate this ornate furniture. Bathroom features Jacuzzi tub with adjoining shower.

Country French -- This suite mixes the ultimate style of the French with rose, lace fabrics and wall coverings, in raspberry and cream colors with marble tops and gold filigree trim adding warmth.

Excalibur -- A step back in time, enter Camelot with a full bath and queen-size bed upstairs, half bath with a large shower, and a suit of armor downstairs. This two level loft features medieval furniture and artwork.

Western Room -- Rustic antique furnishings give an Old West feel, with a cannonball king-size bed, a Jacuzzi tub with separate shower, hardwood floors, and vintage decor.
