*Wedding Ceremonies not available on Secret Rendezvous bookings due to document processing requirements.

Note:  Non-refundable, Mandatory government processing, license, and marriage certificate fees of $150 not included.  Payment (certified check or international money order) must be included together with required legal documents as specified under 'Requirements' below. Late processing fees for weddings booked within twenty-one (21) days of arrival will be assessed an additional $150 fee which is also non-refundable and payable along with the mandatory fees stated above.

• There is a day pass charge of US $75.00 per person for wedding guests staying off property.

For day passes at Couples Resorts the times are as follows:

(a) To attend the ceremony, reception (cake & champagne) and partake of one(1) meal and be here for a maximum of eight(8) hours - US $75.00 per person

(b) An all day pass 10:30 am  - 11:30 pm - US$100.00 per person

• Day Pass:  9:00 am - 5:00 pm.  Evening Pass: 5:00 pm - 2:00 am.

• Weddings are performed Monday -Saturday between 
  • Couples Swept Away Negril -10:00 am and 4:30 pm.
  • Couples Negril - 10:00 am - 4.00 pm
  • Couples Ocho Rios - 9:00 am - 4.00 pm

Requirements:

• Identification papers:

Notarized copies of your birth certificate AND passport or driver's license OR a notarized copy of your passport.  Notarized written parental consent if under 21.  Notarized proof of divorce, or notarized copy of death certificate for widow/widower (if applicable). Certified copy of Adoption, Deed Poll or other official name change document papers if applicable. 

The couple is required to be on property at least Two Full Business Days in advance in order to finalize wedding arrangements. 

All documentation, including a certified check or international money order in the amount of $150 payable to the applicable resort, must be received no later than 30 days prior to your arrival at the resort. For weddings booked within 21 days, the certified check or international money order in the amount of $300, including the late processing fee, and must be sent by overnight mail to Island Romance Holidays, Attn Wedding Dept., 7775 N.W. 48th Street, Suite 150, Miami, FL 33166.

Renewal of Vows:

Say "I DO" again to your loved one in a special Vow Renewal Ceremony for only US$100. Vow Renewal Guests will receive everything we offer in the Wedding Ceremony, except his/her 1/2 hour massages and t-shirts. A certified check or international money order payable to Couples Resorts, must be received no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
