the picturesque north coast of Jamaica, four miles east of Ocho
Rios. Originally opened in the early 1950s and then re-built in the
1970s, Sans Souci, French for "without a care,” is a AAA

Water Sports
Our two intimate coves offer beaches with warm sparkling clear
water perfect for sunbathing, swimming and water sports
including snorkeling, sailing, windsurfing, hydra-bikes,
kayaking, water skiing and scuba diving. Several pools and
outdoor Jacuzzis are spread throughout the property and the more
private beach is clothing optional.
Championship Tennis Courts
Two championship tennis courts (lit for night play) are
available for individuals or mini-tournaments. We provide both
racquets and tennis balls, but you may bring your own if you
prefer.
Live Nightly Entertainment
Nightly entertainment includes Sans Souci Resort & Spa's
resident band, strolling musicians (saxophonist, guitarist and
flutist), and the Balloon Bar, the Resort's piano lounge. In
addition, the resort schedules weekly themed parties.

PALAZZINA: (Breakfast and lunch daily; and dinner five
nights per week). Hearty bistro fare from around the world
is featured here in a festive sea breeze setting. Inside or

CASANOVA: (Dinner only, six nights per week). Serving
gourmet Italian fare, a la carte. Inside or outside dining.

BEACH GRILL & GRILLE (Lunch & snacks daily): Casual
beachside restaurant. Features burgers, salads, and
Jamaican specialties.
In the evening, becomes Bella Vista. No reservations

beachside restaurant.
Jamaican restaurant in evening. No reservations required.
Room Service:
In Suite dining is
available from 6am to 11pm. After-
ward, the Bella Vista
beach grill is open until 6am.
Dress Code:
In the restaurants, shoes are
worn and bathing suits are covered, except the Beach Bar and
Grille. For dinner, gentlemen shall wear shirts with collars
and short or long sleeves (no tee shirts or tanks tops),
slacks or tailored Bermuda-length shorts; women shall wear
dresses, skirts, slacks, culottes or tailored Bermuda-length
shorts (no "short shorts" or cutoffs). No jeans for men or
women in the evening dining inside at the Palazzina or
Casanova restaurants.
The dress code
reflects casual elegance such as dress slacks and elegant
button front shirts (long and short sleeves). Jeans,
flip-flops, shorts, t-shirts and open toe shoes will not be
accepted.
