Fitness Center
The fitness center's cardio room is fully equipped with free-weights, treadmills, Cybex, Lifecycle and Stairmaster equipment. Aerobics classes are also available.

Beach
One of the most beautiful beaches on the sunset side of Jamaica, white sand beach, generally calm and crystal clear seas.

Medical Facilities
The nurse is located at the Sports Complex and is available from 10 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Complimentary services are provided for minor first aid and illness. A medical doctor is available by appointment and is on call 24 hrs, if immediate medical attention is required. Medical fees are paid directly to the doctor, by the patient.

Pro Shop   
Located at the Sports Complex, the Pro Shop offers trendy sports and gym wear, tennis racquets and strings. Racquet re-stringing is available at an extra cost.

Salon & Spa
Massage, beauty salon and spa services are available at an additional cost. Call in advance for appointments.

Security   
Officers are on duty 24-hours daily. They will also require that you identify yourself as a guest when entering or exiting the property.

Boutique/Gift Shop   
The gift shop located in the lobby is opened daily from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and carries a wide selection of Couples Swept Away paraphernalia as well as Jamaican souvenirs, clothing and other little essentials.

Land Sports
Four tennis courts (two lit for night play), pros available and lessons offered. Table tennis, volleyball, dance classes, beach and pool Olympics, golf (greens fees and transfers included) and more.

Water Sports

What's a tropical vacation without sea, sand and sun-sational fun? Swept Away offers a great chance to experience the water sports you haven't had the time or the nerve to try. With free lessons and instruction, and the irresistible lure of the Caribbean, it's never been easier!

Scuba   
Two tank dives are available daily for certified divers. For non-certified persons, Resort certification is available and can be arranged through the dive shop. Choose from 30 Dive sites for an interesting underwater adventure.

Golf   
We provide complimentary greens fees and transportation to the Negril Hills Golf Club, a challenging 18 hole course located 10 minutes from Swept Away. Caddies are mandatory for a small fee and equipment is available for rental. These are not included in your package. Call the tour desk for tee off times and further information.

Sports Complex Facilities 

Our ten acre premier sports and fitness complex includes 10 lighted tennis courts (five hard and five clay), two squash courts, two racquetball courts, basketball court, a fully equipped gym with the latest Cybex fitness equipment, lap pool, aerobics room with exerflex floor, aquacize, yoga, step aerobics, out door jogging track, steam rooms, saunas and a jacuzzi are available at no extra cost, with professional instructors. Personal Training is available. A weekly list of activities is available at the Sports Complex Reception Desk.

Glass Bottom Boat Ride   
Only the fish will be gliding with more ease. Daily trips are scheduled. Contact the water sports team.  Please contact the Tour Desk for other off-site excursions available.

THE PALMS: Open-air dining with a continental breakfast spread is offered for early risers beginning at 5:30am from 7:30am to 10:30am A full breakfast is served, with an array of fresh tropical fruits and juices, cereals, pastries, delicious hot dishes and made-to-order items. Dress is casual, though beach cover-up and footwear are required.

THE PATOIS PATIO: Enjoy a sumptuous a la carte breakfast overlooking the ocean.

CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST IN BED, Enjoy the luxury of a breakfast in bed or on your private verandah balcony between 6:30am-10am.
