Return Policy
SpaWish Certificates may be returned within 30 days for any
reason. Must contact SpaWish Customer Service
support@spawish.com or 1-888-SPA-WISH within 30 days of
purchase date. SpaWish will give instructions for returning the
gift certificate purchased from SpaWish. Upon receipt, SpaWish
will credit the Purchaser's Credit Card for the amount
originally charged less Shipping and Packaging. (Note: Gift
Bundles are not returnable, as they include personal care
items).

through Friday, between the hours of 9 - 5 EST.
Shipping
Orders received by 3PM EST weekdays (M-F) are shipped out the
same day. Orders received after 3PM or holidays or weekends are
shipped out the next business day.
Ordering more than 1
gift
Yes. The on-line order form allows you to order as many gifts as
you want. And each can be shipped to either the recipient or the
purchaser. If you are ordering a large quantity of gifts, see
Corporate Gifts or Bridal Gifts.

Certificate instead of one to a particular day spa
Recipient's freedom of choice. Recipients love this gift! Also,
when giving a gift to someone who lives far away, or to a

recipients can either redeem for spa services, or redeem for

What can a SpaWish
Certificate be used for
Services at any participating day spa, or merchandise in the
"Redeem Your Gift - Shopping Spree" area of SpaWish.com.
How will the recipient
know what to do
The certificate says "This certificate entitles MARY SMITH to a
pampering spa experience in the amount of $xxx." Along with
their SpaWish Certificate, they'll receive our nationwide
Directory. Instructions will say, "Congratulations! This SpaWish
Certificate entitles you to a blissful escape at the day spa you
choose, for the spa services you desire. Services range from
hair and nail care to massages, facials and body wraps. Simply
browse through the enclosed Directory, call the salon or day spa
of your choice for an appointment, then relax and enjoy!" The
information will also inform the recipient how they can redeem
for online "shopping spree" merchandise if they prefer.
Expiration Date
SpaWish Certificates never expire for merchandise online at
SpaWish.com's "Redeem Your Gift - Shopping Spree" area. SpaWish
Certificates are valid at any participating day spa for one full
year from date of purchase. The Day Spa Expiration Date
indicated on the face of the certificate is the last date it is
valid at a day spa. Participating spas will not accept an
expired certificate. If a certificate is not used at a day spa
before the Day Spa Expiration Date, it continues to be valid in
perpetuity for a shopping spree. Simply log online to
www.spawish.com and click on "Redeem Your Gift".
Extensions
If a SpaWish Certificate is past its Day Spa Expiration Date
printed on the face of the certificate, it can no longer be
redeemed at a participating day spa and no extensions will be
granted. However, SpaWish welcomes holders of certificates to
redeem their certificates forever for merchandise online at
SpaWish.com's "Redeem Your Gift - Shopping Spree" page.
Lost or Stolen
Unfortunately, there is no recourse if certificates are lost or
stolen after receipt, since they are transferable and are used
"like cash" at multiple locations nationwide.
How do I know if
participating day spas are near my recipient
Search the Day Spa Directory by state or by zip code. Also
remember that recipients are free to use their SpaWish
Certificate while traveling the US for pleasure or work.
Recipients can always redeem their SpaWish Certificate online at
SpaWish.com for "shopping spree" merchandise!

What if the recipient
does not use the entire certificate
If a balance remains on the date of service, that particular spa
will issue store credit to return to the same spa for the
balance. Recipients may choose to use remaining balances to
purchase retail items at the spa/salon. No cash refunds.
What if the
certificate is not enough to pay for all services
The customer will simply pay for the excess via cash, check, or
credit card.
Is this gift
appropriate for men, teens, women, business clients, employees
Yes! Salons and day spas welcome men with open arms. The
services men prefer are: massage, facial (face or back),
manicure (no polish), and haircuts/styles. Approximately 30% of
