the newest addition to our portfolio of
luxurious gourmet-inclusive resorts. And
if it seems slightly familiar, that’s
expected. You may have known it as El
Dorado Resort. We took a well known and
well liked property and transformed it
quite extensively, while maintaining
it’s friendly beachfront spirit. Seaside
Suites is not just a remodeled hotel. We
completely upgraded it, changed it and
created an entirely new resort. The
outcome: El Dorado Seaside Suites, an
upscale all-inclusive boutique resort
only for adults.
At the El Dorado Seaside Suites, pamper
yourself to sauna, steam rooms, beauty
and body care center and an array
aromatherapy, skin care and wraps
therapies. A pintoresque coral reef lies
just offshore that is ideal for
snorkeling. Included our optional tours
invite you to explore the Mayan world at
Tulum, Coba or Chichen Itza and the
natural beauty of the Yucatan's
"Cenotes".
With our All-inclusive a la carte
dining, you can enjoy lobster twice a
week, daily shrimp dishes, Mexican,
Italian and International delicacies at

buildings with Mexican decoration. There are 108 king-sized
beds and 15 with double beds. All with beautiful garden or
coconut palm tree views.
OCEANVIEW JACUZZI JUNIOR SUITE - Rooms are located in
2 and 3 storey buildings with Mexican decoration. There are
13 rooms in this category with king-sized beds. All have
partial views of the Mexican Caribbean Sea.
OCEANFRONT JACUZZI JUNIOR SUITE - Rooms are located
in 2 and 3 storey buildings with Mexican decoration. There
are 92 rooms in this category with king-sized beds. Directly
facing the Mexican Caribbean Sea.
SWIM UP JACUZZI JUNIOR SUITE - Rooms are located in 2
and 3 storey buildings with Mexican decoration. There are 49
rooms in this category with king-sized beds with comfort
river shape swimming at the edge of your patio.
PREMIUM SUITE - Rooms are located in 2 and 3 storey
buildings with Mexican decoration. There are 3 rooms in this
category with king-sized beds. Oceanfront with private pool.
Private beach bed in front of the suite, aromatherapy in the
room, fresh flower arrangement, bottle of house wine,
champagne and favorite liquor included, fresh fruits every
day, GI bites every night, romantic turn down service, VIP
amenities in the bathroom, up to date newspaper daily.
Room
amenities include: air conditioning, ceiling fan,
private bath, shower, color satellite TV, DVD player, mini
bar, coffee maker, hair dryer, safety deposit box, living

Kantenah Bay Riviera Maya, facing the beautiful Mexican
Caribbean. One hour south of Cancun International Airport, 25
minutes south of Playa del Carmen, 25 minutes north of Tulum, 10
minutes south from the natural aquarium of Xel–Ha, 20 minutes
south of Xcaret, 25 minutes north from the ruins of Tulum, only
a few minutes away from the “Puerto Aventuras Golf Club” and
numerous wonderful Cenotes.
