The Grand Hotel Minerva is a deluxe hotel situated on the Piazza Santa Maria Novella, in the heart of historic Florence, and only a short walk from the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and The Ufizzi Gallery, as well as Florence's many other sights and attractions.

The Hotel sits adjacent to one of the most renowned and ancient churches in the Florence, as well as being so very convenient to the city's myriad attractions. The Restaurant I Chostri, illuminated by windows overlooking the garden, can accommodate up to 120 persons.

Our Chef will recommend you some of the best dishes of the typical Tuscan cuisine, prepared with various techniques that highlight the freshness of the ingredients.

From April to October the outdoor restaurant on Piazza Santa Maria Novella offers, in addition to the regular menu, an excellent variety of summer dishes.
