Traiteur
Traiteur presents modern European cuisine in striking architecture. A magnificent showpiece staircase connects the restaurant's two levels and gives great views of the kitchen. With a signature elevated show kitchen that literally positions Chefs 'on stage', Traiteur is as much a feast for the eyes as the palate. It boasts an exclusive Cave Privee set amidst a 4,200 bottle wine cellar, one of the most extensive cellars in Dubai.

Cafe Arabesque
Celebrates the culinary delights of the Levantine region and influenced by the flavours of Jordan, Lebanon and Syria. Cafe Arabesque offers five buffet displays, an outstanding Mezze selection, as well as an a la carte menu with a wide selection of kebabs and other regional specialties.
Hours: Breakfast - 6:30 am to 11:00 am daily, Lunch - 12:00 noon to 4:00 pm daily, Dinner - 6:00 pm to 12:00 midnight daily

The Thai Kitchen
The Thai Kitchen, with authentic cuisine prepared by native chefs, has four live working kitchens-one each for wok, grill, steam and noodles, as well as a kitchen preparing traditional Thai desserts.

Pistache
A chic pastry boutique offering delicate sweet specialties from the Levant, displayed like rare jewels and beautifully packaged for gift giving or as an exclusive souvenir of Dubai for guests to take away.

The Terrace
With floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for views of the Dubai Creek, The Terrace, is a perfect venue to relax and enjoy the sunset over the water. It features the spectacular raw bar offering a selection of caviar, oysters and Balic salmon accompanied by a vast selection of some twenty premium vodkas.

The Lounge
