Situated on what many consider to be the premier private beach in Jamaica, all of Jamaica Inn’s 45 rooms and suites overlook the beach and the Caribbean.  
 

 Jamaica Inn's crowning glory are its accommodations -- spacious, impeccable and very tasteful. Beds are always freshly made, even after an afternoon nap. A clean, thick beach towel awaits you, no matter how many trips you make to the beach. The cool sea breezes filter through louvered shutters. For the occasional lull, ceiling fans and air conditioning provide comfort. Each room or suite has a private balustraded balcony overlooking the water.

THE BALCONY SUITE

Upstairs Main Wing or East Wing Ocean Front, with view across the lawn to the beach and sea. Sizeable balcony.

Each room is furnished with Jamaican antiques and well-crafted period pieces. The sitting area has a full size sofa, wing chair, breakfast table, and writing desk.

DELUXE VERANDAH SUITES

Ground floor Main Wing or East Wing Ocean Front with views across the lawn to the beach and sea. Large living room style verandah.

All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fans. All balconies and large verandahs come complete with full size sofa, wing chair, breakfast table, writing desk and coffee table. All our fabrics are cotton chintz. All rooms are equipped with your choice of twin or king beds.

PREMIER VERANDAH SUITES

West Wing or Beach Wing. West Wing verandahs are directly on the water. Beach Wing verandahs are directly on the beach. Large living room style verandah.

COWDRAY SUITE

Lord Cowdray of Polo fame's favorite suite, features a large bedroom with separate dressing room. Large living room style verandah with spectacular views of North Coast and sea.

PINEAPPLE SUITE

An enchanting oversized corner room on the ground floor in the East Wing two antique queen poster beds accented with pineapple designs and a comfortable sitting area with two wing back chairs and writing desk. The well appointed long verandah is shaded with tropical foliage and hanging flowering vines and overlooks the croquet lawn, beach and ocean.

BLUE COTTAGE

A luxurious and private one-bedroom cottage - right on the beach. The large shuttered verandah can be opened for a dramatic ocean view or closed for total seclusion. An exquisite hideaway.

WHITE SUITE

The White Suite is magnificently situated on its own private peninsula. A unique suite, furnished with fine Jamaican antiques consisting of a large bedroom with sitting area and luxurious marble bathroom. Breathtaking vistas of the Caribbean Sea can be seen from anywhere within the 2000 square feet of living space. The expansive private terrace opens unto its own secluded pool surrounded by lush vegetation.

SPORTS FACILITIES

On-property croquet, swimming pool, snorkeling, kayaks and sunfish sailing are complimented by windsurfing, sailing and diving facilities available at nearby Shaw Park where Jamaica Inn guests may also play tennis at no extra charge. An exercise room is located in the garden wing. Equipment includes a stair climber, stationary bicycle and treadmill.

MEETING FACILITIES

A room for small meetings can accommodate up to 45 people; audiovisual equipment can be supplied on request.

KiYara means "Sacred Place of the Earth Spirit" in the language of the Arawaks, Jamaica's first-known indigenous people. Reservations should be made directly with KiYara Spa. We encourage you to make reservations in advance of your arrival. Our telephone number is (876) 974-2380. As we use no preservatives in our treatments, we blend fresh ingredients for each appointment. Therefore if you have not already booked before arrival, we request a minimum of two hours notice when booking. To accommodate all our guests, we ask that you arrive on time and allow time for a relaxed departure. Gratuities are not added to your bill and are at your discretion.
