The Venus Pool at Caesars Palace offers topless sunbathing, as does The Stratosphere's Beach Club 25 and Wynn Las Vegas, at it's European pool. The secluded Moorea Beach Club at Mandalay Bay is an upscale, adults-only pool with topless sunbathing; the sundeck was recently expanded to make room for an additional 50 sunbathers per day.
