 All accommodation are air conditioned with private balconies and the decor reflect their Caribbean setting in true West Indian style.       

The resort is well named because in addition to almost every water sport imaginable, it features tennis, golf, fencing, archery, biking, a fitness center with personal trainer, and even dance exercise on the spring supported floor of the aerobics studio. Le Sport is also an excellent place to learn scuba diving.

The all-inclusive vacations include professional instruction in all sports, on land and in the water. Guests find it easy to pick up new skills in the relaxed, informal atmosphere. They also find the resort an easy place to make new friends. Mealtime is special at Le Sport. Breakfast and lunch are served buffet style. Dinner is more formal, with fine food and wines.

On top of the hill, the Oasis Spa is a fantasy of Moorish architecture. At this center of health and well-being, you will be pampered with St. Lucian tender loving care. A staff nurse consults with all guests after their arrival and a personalized spa schedule is devised. A well-rounded program of treatments is included in the price of your stay, however for guests who want more, additional services may be booked a la carte.

• Le Sport, The Body Holiday is one of two jointly owned "niche" all inclusive resorts in St. Lucia. The other is Rendezvouz.  This couples-only resort bills itself as the "Escape for Romantics." It is a couples only resort that allows and encourages couples to celebrate each other. Not surprisingly, it hosts many weddings and honeymoons (1st, 2nd or whatever).
