Long Bay is a
complete vacation resort, providing amenities and activities to meet

Garden
Restaurant
Sophisticated Continental and Caribbean gourmet fare,
acclaimed as the finest cuisine in the BVI, is offered in an elegant
setting with a backdrop of floodlit tropical gardens. Dinner is
served nightly from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm. The à la carte menu is
complimented by daily specials and is famous for its fresh fish,
delicious vegetarian dishes, and fine desserts. The wine list is
extensive, featuring the finest North American and European wines.
Reservations are recommended.
The
Beach Cafe
The Beach Cafe is open from 7:30 am to 9:30 pm. Lunch
features casual island delicacies; dinner is served under the stars
and next to the ocean in the refurbished ruins of an old sugar mill.
The à la carte menu features exciting North American and Caribbean
cuisine and regular evening buffets with live entertainment. To dine
on the popular balcony, reservations are recommended.
Beach Bar
The Beach Bar is open throughout the day and evening. Try
an Island Fizz with breakfast, a Long Bay Cooler with lunch, or a
Papaya Daiquiri with dinner. Happy hour is held every evening from
4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and features live entertainment.

Long
Bay Beach Resort is proud to offer Colombian Emeralds for that very
special gift.
Tennis
Long Bay is proud
to offer a comprehensive tennis program under the direction of Peter
Burwash International and our on-site pro. Complimentary clinics are
offered and lessons are available. A new pro shop and two lighted
artificial grass courts have recently been added. There is a nominal
charge for court time.
Watersports
Long Bay's
mile-long beach is white, powdery, and the perfect spot for water
sports. In the summer, the beach provides excellent snorkeling; in
the winter, bodysurfing is a popular activity. Snorkeling equipment
and boogie boards are available for rental at our shop, The Sporting
Pelican. The resort also features two fresh water pools, one with
lovely ocean views.
The Spa
The
brand new Spa at Long Bay offers a tempting variety of treatments
designed to rejuvenate the mind and body. All treatments can

The
Gymnasium at Long Bay
The new air conditioned gymnasium at Long Bay is
complimentary to guests and is the most sophisticated facility of
it's type in the British Virgin Islands. Facilities include
Hoist fixed weight multi-gym with 400 lb. maximum weight setting.
The setting combinations allow all body parts to be exercised.
This
is complimented by dumbbell free weights, up to 50 lbs, incline and
decline benches and bench press. The gymnasium has extensive
mirrors, which provide a safety angle when lifting weights and an
array of stretch mats to allow for pre and post exercise
stretching.
Cardio-vascular
exercise is well catered fro and includes Schwin treadmills,
Stairmaster and exercise bicycles.
