Once a private estate, One&Only Ocean Club rests
between miles of pristine beach and exquisite gardens
inspired by the romantic grandeur of Versailles. Fragrant
blossoms of hibiscus and bougainvillea, along with hand-laid
rock ridges and stone steps, ascend the terraced garden
decorated with bronze and marble statues from Europe. At its
apex stand the dramatic arches of a 12th- century
Augustinian cloister boasting spectacular sunset views over
Nassau Harbour.

Crescent
Wing
Contemporary luxury defines the five two-story buildings of
the Crescent Wing. Guestrooms and suites appointed in an
elegant island decor feature hardwood louvered doors opening
to a private patio or balcony, offering endless views of a
pristine blue ocean. The Crescent Wing houses 40 Beachfront
Rooms and 10 Beachfront Suites.
Luxury Beachfront
Refined, yet casual charm defines One&Only
Ocean Club's Crescent Rooms. Each is adorned in contemporary
island decor. King-size mahogany beds, hardwood floors,
sisal rugs and fresh flowers create a relaxing retreat.
Louvered doors open to unparalleled views of the beach and
ocean.
Luxury Beachfront Suite
Designed in an elegant island décor, each suite features a
King-size mahogany bed, a desk and a lounge chair and a
large parlor with living and dining areas. Louvered doors
open to private terrace or balcony, and the pristine
stretches of sand, sea and sky beyond. Marble bathrooms are
beautifully appointed with double sinks, a walk-in steam
shower and a jetted bath large enough for two.
Hartford Wing
With its classic colonial architecture and casual plantation
decor, the two-story Hartford Wing exudes a warm and
inviting ambience. Guestrooms and suites offer a lovely view
of the ocean or garden grounds, best viewed from the
inviting patio or balcony.
Garden and Ocean Rooms
With rich mahogany and cane furnishings inspired by
those found in a Colonial plantation, and lovely views of
the garden grounds or ocean, each Hartford Room exudes the
warm and inviting ambiance. In addition to 33m2/350ft2 of
interior space, the room also opens to a patio or balcony
perfect for relaxing. Hartford rooms feature King-size beds
and gracious furnishings.
Garden and Ocean Suites
Washed in soft colors and textures inspired by this
paradise, each expansive one-bedroom suite offers a
King-size bed. A separate parlor features elegant
furnishings and modern amenities for dining and
entertaining. Sliding glass doors lead to an adjoining
terrace or balcony with sweeping views of the Atlantic or
gardens. Bathrooms are adorned in marble with Roman bath,
separate showers, and twin sink basins.
Garden Cottages
Secluded with the garden grounds is a cluster of four
cottages. Each 80m2/860ft2, two-bedroom, two-bath hideaway
offers King-size or Euro-king beds. French doors connect a
spacious parlor and dining area to a large enclosed
courtyard, ideal for private sunning or outdoor dining.
Three Bedroom Villa
Distinctively British-Colonial in style – polished hardwood
floors, vaulted ceilings, gentle fans and wood furnishings –
the gated entry opens to a garden courtyard with a jetted
tub and shaded dining patio. Glass doors lead into the villa
great room, where 25-foot wide louvered doors reveal
expansive views of the infinity-edge pool, ocean and sky.
The living and dining area provides a plasma screen,
satellite TV, DVD/CD player and Bose surround sound system.
There is a full kitchen with a Viking range and barbecue
grill in the garden, and a private chef can be hired to
prepare meals.

The grounds at One&Only Ocean Club invite leisurely
strolls through manicured tropical gardens, or blissfully
relaxing siestas in a hammock swaying beneath grand palms.
Here, guests discover an entertaining variety of activities
at the resort as well as complimentary access to the
extensive facilities at nearby Atlantis. Complimentary
bicycles are also available for touring Paradise Island.
Water sports
With varying hues of blue – from the shallow turquoise of
bays and lagoons to the deep indigo of the ocean – water is
the essence of Bahamian life. Guests enjoy complimentary
limited non-motorized water sports such as Hobiecat sailing
and kayaking. Fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling and luxury

Pools and beaches
At the heart of One&Only Ocean Club is the allure of water.
Miles of pristine white sand beach are described as some of
the most beautiful in the world. Take a swim in the languid
Versailles Pool, for adults ages 14 and older. Poolside
concierge service includes misting, music selections,
lemonade and sorbet service, newspapers and magazines.
The Family Pool is designed for younger guests complete with
waterfall and aqua toys.
Excursions
Spirited adventures and exciting island excursions are a
welcome ritual at One&Only Ocean Club. Set sail on a
catamaran cruise. Swim with the dolphins or discover an
underwater world teeming with Technicolor fish on a
snorkeling or scuba adventure. Charter a powerboat for
deep-sea fishing or hand feed the stingrays at Stingray
City. Tour historic Nassau in a romantic horse-drawn
carriage. Complimentary bicycles offer a leisurely way to
see the sights, while tours on Island Helicopters reveal a

Tennis
One&Only Ocean Club has six Har-Tru tennis courts, with four
floodlit for night play. Equipment is available at the
Fitness Centre, and the resident tennis professionals
organize special clinics, games and round robin tournaments.
Private instruction is offered at $70 per hour.
Golf
Masterfully conceived and stunningly beautiful, the Tom
Weiskopf-designed Ocean Club Golf Course offers guests of
the resort every element for the perfect game. This 18-hole,
par-72 course stretches over 7,100 yards on Paradise
Island's peninsula, where crosswinds challenge even the most

Clubhouse
Overlooking the 9th and 18th holes of the Ocean Club Golf
Course, with views of the ocean beyond, the Clubhouse is an
inviting, casual dining venue. Enjoy an easy breakfast or a
light lunch, either indoors or on the scenic patio. A full
service bar prepares favorite libations as guests relax
after a game or catch up on the latest sports news.
Now serving dinner on the weekend, the Clubhouse menu
features flavorful continental plates such as gazpacho,
grilled lobster or veal chop, fresh fish selections and
delectable desserts.
Dune
Indulge your senses at chic Dune, a restaurant by
internationally renowned acclaimed chef and restaurateur
Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Perched atop a white sand beach
amidst dramatic ocean views, Dune serves an innovative blend
of French-Asian cuisine infused with local herbs and
Bahamian influences, for a truly unexpected dining
experience. Dinner selections include the freshest local
seafood, duck, veal chop and chicken seasoned with herbs
grown in Dune’s organic garden.
Dune's British Colonial design was created by famed French
interior designer Christian Liaigre, featuring a display
kitchen and outdoor patios overlooking the beach. Cocktails,
fine vintage wines and champagnes are also served throughout
the day at Dune’s adjacent beachfront bar.
Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Smoking is not
permitted in the dining area.
Pool Terrace Cafe
For guests preferring to linger poolside, the Pool Terrace
Cafe offers a savory menu including Bahamian conch chowder,
lobster fried rice, Cobb salad and tempting desserts.
The Library
Located in One&Only Ocean Club's stately reception hall, The
Library exudes the warm, comfortable ambience of a Colonial
plantation home. Cocktails, fine vintage wines and
champagnes, gourmet pastries and Afternoon Tea are served
along with lovely panoramic views of the ocean.
Courtyard Terrace
Experience alfresco dining beneath the stars Thursday
through Sunday. The open-air Courtyard Terrace offers an
incomparable menu of gourmet Continental cuisine featuring
such items as Pan Fried Diver Scallops, Chilled Bahamian
Lobster Salad and Oven-baked Local Snapper.
Atlantis and Marina Village
With many remarkable restaurants, nearby Atlantis and Marina
