Front
Overlooking gracious lawns or situated atop a striking
cliff, all Ocean Front accommodation afford spectacular
views of the sea just beyond.
Superior Room
Located in Casa Tres Palmas, overlooking the Sea of
Cortez, these elegantly appointed rooms feature a
separate sitting area, private terrace, marble shower
and twin vanity sinks. Available with one King-size or
two Queen-size beds.
Deluxe Room
Nestled above the picturesque shoreline in Casa
Margaritas and Casa Mañanitas, these deluxe rooms are
ideal for private entertaining with spacious sitting

Terrace Junior Suite
These elegant junior suites in Casas Angelica and
Bougainvillea provide stunning views of the Pacific
Ocean from every room – the sitting area, bed and bath –
and from the terrace, accessed through lovely louvered
doors. A day bed on the terrace invites afternoon
siestas. The bathroom is equally luxurious, with its
inlaid stone rain shower, sculptured bath and

One Bedroom Suite
Swaying palms surround these ultra-luxurious suites,
located in Casa Margaritas and Casa Mañanitas. Each
features a separate parlor with elegant furnishings and
a full wet bar. Sweeping waterscape views are visible
from sliding glass doors that lead onto a patio or
balcony, furnished with a day bed. The bathroom is

Deluxe One Bedroom Suite
Located in Casa Mañanitas, these luxurious suites

Located in Casa Playa and Casa Sirena, single-level
beach front junior suites reflect a casual elegance with

Land sports
With the sound of waves breaking on the shoreline
always in the distance, One&Only Palmilla is a
playground of fresh air and invigorating activity. In
addition to an incredible selection of water sports and
adventurous excursions into the heart of Baja, the
resort itself offers tennis on two floodlit courts,
walking/jogging trails, horse-riding, and more.
Water sports
Water is the elixir of life at One&Only Palmilla. Here,
guests are treated to one of the region's few swimmable
beaches, stunning views of the Baja coastline from
dramatic infinity-edged pools, and a myriad of
adventures in the sea or on the ocean.
Deep-sea fishing
Deep-sea fishing is a favorite sport in Los Cabos,
which is known as the “Marlin Capital of the World,”
offering more than 800 species of game fish. Captains
and crew offer tournament to novice deep-sea fishing.
Diving and snorkeling
Just offshore, opportunities abound for diving and
snorkeling‚ with Los Cabos' natural reef rated among the
finest in the world offering underwater visibility of up
to 120 feet. A rich variety of marine flora and fauna
thrive at the tip of the Baja Peninsula. Dives here are
truly unique experiences, where encounters with manta
rays, hammerheads, sea turtles and sea lions are common.
Scuba diving expeditions are easily arranged by the
resort’s Concierge.
A 5-day PADI-certification course is offered, and a
complete line of equipment is available including tanks,
VCD, weights, wet suites, masks, fins, booties, vests,
etc.
The Baja coastline is renowned for its diving adventure.
Our most popular dives include:
North Wall
A great dive for beginners, this dive starts at
approximately 10 feet. Follow the wall and see beautiful
rock formations filled with puffer fish, angelfish and
more. Depth: 10-60 feet.
Pelican Rock
The most popular local dive site. Swim with schools
of goatfish, grouper, snappers and jacks. Follows the
sandy ledge to the wall that drops down to over 1,000
feet into the submarine canyon. Beautiful sea fans,
angelfish, Moorish idols and an occasional sea turtle or
manta ray can be seen here. A great experience for
beginners and experts alike. Depth: 20-130 feet.
Sandfalls
Jacques Cousteau discovered this world-famous dive site.
Large amounts of sand build up at shallow depths and
spill down the valley toward the sand falls. At 90 feet,
the sand meets the wall and drops straight down for
hundreds of feet resembling a waterfall. Because of the
depth, this dive is not recommended for beginners.
Depth: 90 feet.
Pools and beaches
The resort's original infinity-edge pool is located
adjacent to reception overlooking the beach. Vista Pool
is for adults only and features flowing waterfalls and a
swim up bar – the perfect place to relax in a serene
atmosphere and enjoy the warm Mexican sun.
A second infinity-edge pool is perched on a bluff
overlooking the sea near Agua Bar which offers a light
menu throughout the day. Aptly named Agua Pool, this
tropical oasis with waterfall and a meandering river
also features a dedicated children's pool making it
ideal for both families and couples.
Excursions
Just beyond the manicured gardens of One&Only Palmilla,
the raw wilderness and vast beauty of Baja’s mountainous
deserts are explored in an all-terrain chauffeured
Hummer H2, while the Pacific Ocean and Sea of Cortez are
explored on the luxurious One&Only Palmilla 50-foot
Sunseeker yacht. Aerial tours of the dramatic coastline,
horseback riding excursions, picnics, and lunch cooking
sessions at authentic mountain ranches are easily
arranged by the Concierge. Local tours and full-day
trips available.
Witness the awesome spectacle of a 50-ton gray whale
breaching the water's surface, crashing down in a
mighty, thundering splash. The region is noted for its
whale migrations from the Arctic, and the resort’s
unique location offers unparalleled views of the giant
mammals as they arrive in the Sea of Cortez.
Whale-watching season from December to March is one of
Cabo's best-loved pastimes.
Tennis
One&Only Palmilla features two hard courts, lit for
night play. The tennis facility is located adjacent to
the championship golf course, with breathtaking views of
the Sea of Cortez. Racquets and balls are provided and
court use is complimentary. To complement the facility,
our resident Peter Burwash International tennis
professional is available for lessons and hitting
sessions, with such available programs as:
Golf
From towering cacti and deep arroyos to breathtaking
views of the Sea of Cortez, the signature Jack Nicklaus
course offers challenges and delights. Divided into the
Arroyo Nine, the Mountain Nine and the Ocean Nine, the
par-72 course features 27 holes on stunning fairways of
more than 7,000 yards. Five sets of staggered tee boxes,
four lakes and deep shifts in elevation ensure golfers
of every skill level a memorable and exciting game.
