The Hvězda-Skalník Spa Hotel is located in a quiet pleasant area of the spa quarter, overlooking the colorful garden park in Goethe Square. The colonnade is just a short stroll away. After intensive reconstruction in 1996-1999, the Hvězda-Skalník Spa Hotel is now the most modern and best-equipped spa complex, where the wishes of the most demanding of guests may be fulfilled. The therapy center offers a wide range of spa services - electrotherapy, inhalation therapy, massage, oxgenotherapy, paraffin pack thermotherapy, Lavatherm thermotherapy, cryotherapy, carbon-dioxide gas injections, dry carbon-dioxide gas packs, therapeutic exercise and mud packs. Hydrotherapy procedures are a new addition to the range of procedures offered in the hotel. The hydrotherapy offered includes pearl-bubble and swirl baths, Sigoroll and Vibrasauna steam cabinets. For some procedures such as full body mud packs and carbon-dioxide baths, guests go to the therapy center in the Centrální Lázně Spa Hotel. For water exercise, carbon-dioxide baths with added salts and essences, peat baths, vaginal peat tampons and water therapy guests go to the therapy center in the Nové Lázně Spa Hotel.
