Established in 1983, the Heartland Spa welcomes you with traditional grace and charm. Just 90 minutes south of Chicago, the Manor House with sits on a 32 acre country estate featuring a spring fed lake, meditation gardens and wooded trails. Knowledgeable and caring staff assist you in making health enriching lifestyle changes through fitness, nutrition and stress management programs.

The Heartland Spa's fitness activities in the classic Red Barn Studio, include Bosu, Gymnic Resistaball, Pilates Matwork, Aerobic Interval, Cardio Kickboxing and training on the latest Keiser fitness equipment. Relaxation classes such as Qi Gong, Yoga, Tai Chi and Meditation help you to relax and unwind - we even provide you with workout clothing. Our indoor pool features Aqua Motion, perfect for all fitness levels. Seminars feature stress management and the latest in nutrition and fitness facts.

To compliment your fitness and relaxation vacation, the Heartland Spa presents a delicious, satisfying menu designed for optimum nutrition. Chef Barb provides a weekly cooking demonstration with tips and recipes that you can take home and to share with family and friends.

Deposit and Pre-Payment Information
For reservations made more than 30 days in advance, a 50% deposit is required. The Heartland Spa will automatically collect the balance 30 days prior to your arrival date. For reservations made less than 30 days prior to your arrival, a 100% deposit is required.

Cancellation Policy
A schedule of cancellation fees is available by calling the spa; no refunds for early departures. Cancellation coverage is available.
