Reservations
All day spa appointments valued at $35.00 or more must be
reserved and guaranteed by a credit card, gift certificate
or prepayment. All services rendered must be paid in full
payments by cash, traveler’s check or credit card. Please
arrive 15 minutes prior to your service. Arriving late is a
breach of etiquette and will cheat you of precious minutes
of your treatment. Remember your treatment will end on time
so that the next client is not delayed, regardless of how
late you start. Please shower before you arrive to your
massage or body treatment appointment. Wear comfortable,
loose and easy to change clothes for any spa services. Leave
your jewelry and valuables at home. We are not responsible
for lost items.

Cancellations
We hope you do not have to cancel. We would appreciate at
least 2 hours advance notice to reschedule or cancel any spa
services. No calls and no shows will be charged the full
amount of service on your credit card or billed to your
room.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates make excellent gifts for almost any
occasion. Phone and mail orders accepted. Gift certificates
are non-refundable, nontransferable and non-redeemable for
cash and valid only for one year from the date of purchase.
Do I have to disrobe entirely for a treatment?
Undergarments are not necessary but can be worn if you
prefer them. Our therapists are trained to drape a sheet or
towel over any part of your body not being treated. You may
request a male or female therapist, as you prefer.
Should I alert someone if I have a medical condition,
allergy or disability?
Yes. Please tell our spa reception associate when you call
for a reservation if you are pregnant, have allergies or any
other condition we should know about.
Is gratuity included in the price of the treatment?
Prices do not include gratuity.
Spa guests must be 18 years of age or older. Massages for
customers 16 years old and under must have parent or
guardian consent (no exceptions). Physician’s approval is
required for prenatal massage.
Consumption of alcohol is not recommended before or after
treatment. Smoking and Alcohol is not allowed in the Spa or
Spa pool area.
Cellular phones and pagers are prohibited.
