STANDARD: These comfortable rooms offer simple and modest furnishings, two double beds, with views of the garden/pool area. Full bath with shower. No patio or balcony.

OCEANFRONT SUPERIOR: large oceanfront rooms are perched over a cliff and offer upgraded room interiors and fantastic ocean views. offers two queen beds with large sliding windows but no balcony or telephone.

OCEANFRONT TERRACE: large oceanfront rooms are perched over a cliff and offer upgraded room interiors and fantastic ocean views. offers two double beds with French doors to private balcony and has telephone.

OCEANFRONT JUNIOR SUITE: Extra large oceanfront room with king bed plus sofa bed, full bath with shower, private balcony with a stunning ocean view.

OCEANFRONT ONE BEDROOM LOFT SUITE: Large oceanfront room with futon and sitting area with loft bedroom with king bed. Full bath with shower, private balcony. Room amenities include: air conditioning with tile floors, satellite color TV, ceiling fans, and most have direct dial phones (except for the Superior Rooms without balconies they do not offer telephones). Adjoining rooms available upon request basis only.

THE SAVAGE TURTLE BEACH FRONT BAR & RESTAURANT: features a Seafood Buffet on Monday Evenings and a famous barbeque on Thursday evenings.

BARS and LOUNGES: There are three bars on property, including a swim-up pool bar.

Activities:
Sunset Waters offers a wide variety of activities both on land and sea. From diving to tennis, from mini-golf to kayaks, there are activities here for all interests. We have a resident Activities Coordinator, who will be glad to advise you and help in anyway he can to make your vacation very special.

Beach:
Our resort has the finest beach and ocean view location on Curacao. There is a beach volley-ball court, restrooms with showers, and a kiosk where lounge chairs, floats, snorkel gear and other sports equipment are available. "Tiki" palm-leaf parasols provide welcome shade.

Drinks are served on the beach from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

A small private section is reserved for "au natural" sunbathing.

Pool:
Sunset Waters has a fresh water pool with a tiki swim-up bar, children's pool and whirlpool. The pool has a large sunbathing area, as well as shower, changing rooms and restrooms.

Court Sports:
A tennis court with lights, so guests can play in the cool of the evening, is located close to the beach area. Basket ball hoops are also available at the tennis court. Beach volley ball can be played on the beach.

Miniature Golf:
An eighteen hole miniature golf course is located near the resort lobby, and receives a lot of play from family groups and young adults. Get in some practice for Friday's mini golf tournament.

Water Sports (non-motorized):
On the large beach you will find a fleet of kayaks, floats, pedal boats, and snorkel equipment, which are available for your use. The calm waters of the coast at Sunset Waters and, in particular the calm waters of Santa Martha Bay, are ideal for kayaking.

Scuba Diving/Snorkeling:
Come on an underwater adventure!
Scuba diving, either from the beach or by boat from the dive shop at Sunset Waters, is available. Referred to as "the best kept secret of the Caribbean", Curacao offers outstanding diving for all skill levels. Thriving reefs, beautiful coral gardens, abundant marine life, steep drop-offs, crystal clear visibility, and warm tropical waters make this a diver's paradise. There are over forty dive sites on the island and Sunset Divers, our own dive shop on the property, provides easy access to the premier dive locations on the island.

Sunset Waters also offers some of the best snorkeling in Curacao, literally a stone's throw away from your room. There is also a marked snorkel trail. Snorkel equipment is available for use at the kiosk on the beach.

Trips/Tours/Downtown Shuttle:
Sunset Waters has a full schedule of exciting trips and tours to fascinating attractions all around Curacao. You'll never be bored while on vacation here. Golf:

HOW TO GET THERE:  Sunset Waters is nestled on a protected stretch of Curaçao's remote southwestern coast line on a magnificent stretch of pristine white sand beach, known as the "gold coast" of Curaçao.  The Resort is 25 minutes from the airport, 35 minutes from downtown, and only minutes from Christofell Park, a protected wildlife preserve and garden covering 4,500 acres of land and featuring great hiking, mountain biking, car tours and nature walks.
