JACUZZI
SUITE (55 units)
The resort boasts lavishly designed and magnificently
furnished Jacuzzi Suites, each with a terrace and outdoor
Jacuzzi. These 825-square-foot (77 m2) suites provide guests
with a separate bedroom, a sumptuous master bath and a
spacious living room. The Master Bath is fitted with a
double-sink marble topped vanity, whirlpool tub and separate
shower. Amenities include a lighted make-up/shaving mirror,
UNIK’s fine line of toiletries and plush robes and
slippers.
TWO-BEDROOM SUITE (12 units)
Our luxurious ocean-view Two-Bedroom Suites include a
sumptuous Jacuzzi terrace along with two bedrooms, one
fitted with a king-size bed, the second with two double beds
(or another king size bed)—each boasting a full bathroom
with whirlpool tub, double-sink marble-topped vanity and
separate shower. The living room leads to the ample terrace
with an eating area, the Jacuzzi and a daybed. This
beautifully furnished suite offers 1,152 square feet (107
m2) of space stocked with the finest amenities, including
UNIK's specialty toiletries, plush robes and slippers,
lighted make-up/shaving mirror and more.
MASTER SUITE (4 units)
The exquisite Master Suite features an extra large terrace
with an outdoor living space, a Jacuzzi, eating area, chaise
lounges and a daybed for soaking up the sun in private.
Inside, guests will find a master bedroom with a king-size
bed, a whirlpool bathtub, a separate shower and double-sink
marble topped vanity, as well as its own sitting room. A
larger living room leads to a dining room and a kitchenette,
plus a half bath. The second bedroom boasts two double beds,
its own whirlpool bathtub, separate shower and marble
vanity. This beautifully furnished suite offers 1,826 square
feet (170 m2) of space stocked with the finest amenities,

The sumptuous two-bedroom Presidential Suite has an
extraordinarily large terrace with a private plunge pool,
four lounge beds, a daybed under a ramada, plus a living
area and outdoor eating space with a bar—excellent for
entertaining. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with
whirlpool bath, a double-sink marble topped vanity and
separate shower, plus its own living area. The suite also
has a studio, a dining area, kitchenette and guest bathroom.
The second bedroom has two double beds, a full bathroom with

The lavish three-bedroom Presidential Suite has an extra

creative talents of our Executive Chef augmented by the
UNIK sommelier's wine pairing skills.
The EUROPEAN PLAN (EP)/ROOM ONLY allows total freedom
of choice: guest may drink and dine, a la carte (not
all-inclusive), at any UNIK restaurant, lounge, grill
or bar to enjoy a meal, snack or beverage.
The GOURMET TASTING EXPERIENCE starts the food
lover's day with a dazzling array of breakfast choices
served at Pearl Restaurant. Guests may then elect a full
lunch or dinner prepared ‘a la minute', complemented with a
bottle of wine from selections chosen by the sommelier.
The GRAND GOURMET EXPERIENCE offers unique
gastronomic indulgences morning, noon, night and in-between:
Guests choose from changing daily and seasonal menus
accompanied by paired wines-by-the-glass. From 10 in the
morning until midnight, barkeeps will prepare your favorite
cocktail or signature UNIK tropical delight.
THE VIEW:
A contemporary dining experience featuring an exquisite
balance of dramatic tastes and comfortably traditional
regional and international presentations. The menu's
culinary flair features the freshest produce and
just-off-the-boat seafood and lobsters in a wonderfully
intimate setting. The View's gourmet offerings are
complemented by the outstanding wine list. Open for
breakfast, lunch and dinner.
BREEZE: Just steps from the pool, this casual setting
with sweeping views of the Caribbean is the perfect backdrop
for an a la carte lunch of lobster or fresh
catch-of-they-day.
JADE: When Asian sophistication encounters fiery Mexican

BARS and LOUNGES
LA ISLA
GRILL & LOUNGE: Casual Mexican and American luncheon
favorites accompanied by a variety of specialty drinks are
served pool side under palapas or at your chaise lounge by
your Butler.
TURQUOISE LOUNGE: Plantation-style seating sets the
Colonial mood in this richly-appointed Lounge. Afternoons
feature UNIKs interpretation of High Tea with aromatic
blends, fluffy scones and tasty canapes. In the evening,
guests enjoy mixed or straight-up cocktails or a snifter of
fine brandy. World-class cigars can be appreciated in the
glow of a warmly lit, comfortable setting.
AQUA POOL BAR: Tropical cocktails or premium liqueurs
can be enjoyed at the swim-up bar, lounge or sun bed. This
pool side oasis is a casual, comfortable venue and the

THE SPA |
As the goddess
Ixchel’s namesake, UNIK’s Spa cares for its guests
just as the Mayan deity looked after her followers. The Spa
offers treatments inspired by the Mayan culture and other
traditions in spacious therapy rooms, including a two-person
suite.
There are separate facilities for men and women: lounges,
showers, individual lockers, private vanities and dressing
areas, steam rooms, saunas and mineral water whirlpools. The
Fitness Center is fully-equipped with treadmills, elliptical
machines, stationary bikes, body-balls, weight machines and
free weights. Cold water and chilled towels are always
available.
A garden studio is available for yoga, Pilates, tai chi and
other wellness programs. Individualized personal training

How to get
to Unik:
Via Cancun: With hundreds of flights per day from major
international carriers, it’s easy to arrive via the Cancun
International Airport on the mainland. Upon arrival at this
state-of-the-art transportation hub, guests are whisked away
via hotel-arranged car service to UNIK’s Dockside
Registration/Reception area, where they are greeted with
refreshing beverages and light appetizers before boarding
the complimentary, private boat service that will take them
directly to the resort’s pier. The exhilarating 25-minute
boat ride offers breathtaking views of the white sand
beaches of Cancun and the sparkling Caribbean Sea.
Via Isla Mujeres Airport: Thanks to its privileged
location on the island’s southern tip, guests can easily
reach the resort via the Isla Mujeres Airport, a
full-service regional airport only 10 minutes away. Simply
take a taxi from there to the hotel.
Via Sea: Private and charter yachts may access the resort
using the neighboring Blue Bay Club Marina, just four miles
(7 km.) over water from the resort, with its own on-site
Customs and Immigrations office as an official Mexican Port
of Entry.
Yacht
transportation with complimentary drinks from UNIK's VIP
lounge in Cancun to UNIKs private pier on Isla Mujeres.
Guest's Flight Information: It is mandatory that the hotel
receives the guest's flight information in order to make the
boat transportation arrangements from UNIK VIP Lounge in
Cancun to the pier at UNIK Resort.
Arrival/Departure Time: Check-in time: 3:00PM, and
check-out time: 12:00PM. Early check-in and late check-out
on request, and subject to availability.
